Printable Happy Birthday Gift Tags
Use these free printable birthday gift tags to add a special touch to your gift!
These black, white, and gold tags have a modern minimalist design. They look very chic and stylish.
The tags come in a set of 4 and each tag measures 2” wide by 3.5” high.

Instructions
Download the printable gift tags (you will find the download link below).
Next, print the tags at home or at your local print shop. For best results, print on cardstock – it’s more durable than regular printer paper and won’t curl.
Cut out the tag you like the most. Regular scissors will work just fine, but you may want to use a paper trimmer to ensure a straight cut.
The tags with the white background have a gray border – cut right inside this border.
Punch a hole in the circle at the top of the tag. Use a 1/8″ hole punch that’s smaller than the circle to leave a decorative outline around the hole.
Finally, attach your tag to your gift with a string, twine, or ribbon. And you’re all done!
